Registration Now Open for the Region’s Premier Nonprofit and Volunteer Conference
Community Works, the one-night training and networking event for nonprofits, is now accepting online registrations for its annual conference, which will be held in late January.
Time-strapped nonprofit leaders, board members and volunteers in search of training and networking opportunities don’t have to look any further than Princeton for a night of networking, seminars and inspiration.
The event draws more than 500 attendees annually.
This year, Community Works is offering 21 workshops, led by area nonprofit experts, on topics ranging from raising money in difficult times to retaining volunteers to team building.
Community Works is an all-volunteer organization led by nonprofit consultant and former YWCA executive director Marge Smith.
The 2012 event will be held Monday, Jan. 30 from 5 to 9:15 p.m. in the Frist Campus Center on the Princeton University campus. The $29 fee includes a boxed dinner and two seminars. For more information and to register, check out the group’s website.
