Chefs Unite Benefit Raises More Than $35,000 for American Red Cross Hurricane Sandy Relief Efforts

Six local chefs joined forces last weekend to raise money for the American Red Cross. The Chefs Unite benefit, held at the Bedens Brook Club, drew about 200 people and raised more than $35,000.  Participants included Josh Thomsen of Agricola, Manuel Perez of The Peacock Inn, Scott Anderson of elements, Mark Silverman of The Bedens Brook Club, Max Hansen of Max Mansen Caterer, and Gabby Carbone of The Bent Spoon.
