Princeton Stands with Boston Vigil Tonight

vigilPrinceton University students are hosting a community vigil tonight to remember the victims of the Boston Marathon bombings on the two-week anniversary of the attacks.

The public is invited to attend the vigil tonight between 9 to 11 p.m. at the Woodrow Wilson School fountain on Washington Road. Drop by any time for a moment of quiet reflection. The event will be held rain or shine.

Princeton University student Emily Chang, who is from Boston, organized the event with the help of other students and University employee Kate Dwyer, who ran in the marathon. Chang received financial support to host the event from Butler College and Wilson College.

Organizers hope the event will be a time for emotional healing and bring together the community to support those affected by the bombings.
