Many low-income workers face the challenge of sending their children back to school with a well-outfitted backpack. Support the Eastern Service Workers Back-to-School Drive by contributing school supplies.
Stuff the Bus School Supplies Drive – The United Way of Greater Mercer County, in partnership with the Junior League of Greater Princeton, 217 Church and the YMCA of Trenton, will host a school supply drive from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Princeton Walmart and the Hamilton Walmart. Backpacks will be stuffed with donated school supplies and distributed to local children in need.
Princeton Corkscrew Wine Tasting – Wine and cheese tasting and art show, featuring the work of the Corkscrew’s very own Olivia Jupillat. 49 Hulfish,1-6 p.m., free.
Palmer Square Summer Concert Series – The Richard Reiter Swing Band prforms on the green. Bring your own lawn chair or blanket. 2-4 p.m., free.
