Severe Thunderstorm Watch in Effect for Central New Jersey Until 11 p.m.
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Central New Jersey and Bucks County until 11 p.m. tonight.
The watch covers 16 counties in New Jersey, including Mercer, Hunterdon, Somerset, and Middlesex. In Pennsylvania, it includes Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lehigh, and several other counties.
A sever thunderstorm watch means there could be storms with hail, damaging winds and heavy rain.
The National Weather Service estimates that the storm will hit the Philadelphia area between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
