Princeton Municipal Reorganization Meeting Scheduled for Jan. 5
The annual Princeton municipal reorganization meeting will be held on Monday, Jan. 5th at 5 p.m. in the main meeting room at the municipal building at 400 Witherspoon Street.
Incumbent council members Jo Butler and Bernie Miller will be sworn in for new three-year terms on the five-member council. The governing body will also select a council president and vote on other appointments to municipal boards and commissions. Miller has served as the council president for the last two years. The position of president is normally rotated every few years.
The Princeton Community Democratic Organization will hold a reception across the street at Mercer Engine Company No. 3 after the meeting. The reception is free and open to the public.
