McCarter Theatre to Host Wellness Fair and Blood Drive Feb. 5
McCarter Theatre Center will host a wellness fair and blood drive from noon to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5.
The wellness fair and blood drive are presented in conjunction with McCarter’s production of Sizwe Banzi is Dead, a tale of social justice in the face of oppression.
Presented in conjunction with the Community Blood Council of NJ and Robert Wood Johnson Hospital, the fair will include free health screenings, refreshments, entertainment, massages, testing, and information geared towards promoting healthy living.
The fair will be located in the West and Lockwood lobbies at the Matthews Theatre stage.
Blood donors will receive a ticket to the Feb. 5 performance of Sizwe Banzi is Dead at no charge.Pre-registration is recommended. Register online at www.mccarter.org/blooddrive.
