Residents Complain About Dust at Masonic Lodge Site in Princeton
The Masonic Lodge at the corner of MacLean Street and John Street in Princeton is being converted into apartments. People who live in the neighborhood say old plaster being dumped down chutes at the site is filling the air with dust. The residents have concerns about the possibility that the dust is harmful to their health. They are calling on town officials to look in to the matter. One resident made the video below that shows the dust in the air.
The site was recently bought by a private developer and is being turned into 10 apartments. This property at 30 Maclean Street was built by the Elks Club in 1913 and later taken over by the Masons.
