A Princeton University student has been charged with burglary and criminal sexual contact in a Halloween incident in a dorm on the Princeton University campus.
Early in the morning on Oct. 31, a female student called the Princeton University Department of Public Safety to report that an unknown person entered her room in 1915 Hall. She said she woke up when she felt someone touching her and found an individual beside her in bed. The suspect fled after she screamed.
The public safety department conducted an investigation and identified the student as Ronbo Fan, 19, of Plano, Texas. Fan has been charged with one count of third-degree burglary and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact. Fan has been was released on his own recognizance pending court proceedings. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Princeton Municipal Court on Nov. 23.
