Princeton Candidates Will Speak at Forums This Week

The League of Women Voters will host two public forums this week for local candidates seeking to be elected on Nov. 8.

On Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 7 .m., a Princeton mayoral forum will be held in the main meeting room of the municipal building at 400 Witherspoon Street. Incumbent Democrat Liz Lempert and Republican candidate Peter Marks will both participate. Questions will be taken from the audience. A video of the forum will be posted at www.VOTE411.org and replayed on Princeton TV.

On Thursday, Oct. 6, the League will host a forum for board of education candidates at 7 p.m. in the main meeting room at 1 Monument Drive. School Board candidates Debbie Bronfeld, William Hare, Alex Martin, and Gregory Stankiewicz will participate in the forum. Three seats are open on the school board. Questions will be taken from the audience. A video of the forum will be posted at www.VOTE411.org and replayed on Princeton TV.
