New NJ Transit Northeast Corridor Train Schedule Starts Sunday
New NJ Transit rail schedules will take effect this Sunday, Nov. 6 on the Northeast Corridor, Atlantic City, Main-Bergen County, Montclair-Boonton, Morris & Essex, North Jersey Coast Line, Pascack Valley, and Raritan Valley line trains.

-Several trains departing New York weekdays between 5 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. will have adjusted departure times.
-Some trains arriving and departing from New York and Hoboken around midnight will have adjusted schedules to accommodate late-night track work.
-Some morning trains during the peak commuter period will have minor adjustments to improve coordination with Amtrak and other NJ Transit trains, officials said.
Stops will be added at the North Elizabeth station on weekends. At least one train per hour will serve this station from about 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. eastbound (to New York) and noon until 1 a.m. westbound (from New York).
Expect Delays on Trains this Weekend
From about 10 p.m. on Fri., Nov. 4 until about 5 a.m. on Mon., Nov. 7, Northeast Corridor, North Jersey Coast Line, Raritan Valley Line and Mid-Town Direct trains are subject to 15 minute delays in both directions due to Amtrak track work in the Hudson River Tunnel.
