McCarter Theatre announces audition dates for ‘A Christmas Carol’ youth ensemble
Audition dates for the young ensemble cast for McCarter Theatre’s annual production of “A Christmas Carol” for ages 5 to 13 will be held on Sept. 17 and 18. Callbacks will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 26.
Sign-ups for audition times will take place at McCarter Theatre Center on Wednesday, Sept. 13 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Information will be provided at this time regarding auditions, rehearsals, and performances. Parents will then be able to sign up their children for an audition. Children are not required to attend, but a fun and educational activity will be offered for those who do.
If you are unable to attend the sign up day, online sign-ups will open Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 6 p.m. After you register online, you will receive a call with your child’s specific appointment time and a confirmation email containing audition materials. No audition will be given without an appointment.
