More than 500 homes in West Windsor without power

More than 500 homes in the southeastern section of West Windsor are without power. The power company, Jersey Central Power & Light, estimates that power will be restored by 12:30 a.m. If you have lost power and you are a Jersey Central Power & Light customer, call 1-888-544-4877 to report your outage.

The outage was caused by a transformer issue. Workers are on the scene on Old Trenton Road making repairs, police said. Robbinsville Road is closed at Meadowbrook Road and traffic lights are out at Old Trenton Road and Village Road.
