A record 126 Girl Scouts in grades 1-11 from 16 troops participated in the annual Hopewell Valley Girl Scout Camp-out. The weekend, planned and organized by older scouts and volunteers, included a flag ceremony, scarecrow building, pumpkin decorating, a Juliette Gordon Lowe-themed scavenger hunt, S’mores, and two STEM projects. The event was held this month at the Village Learning Center.
