The latest NJ Transit customer satisfaction survey runs until Dec. 1. The survey us for bus, rail, light rail and access link passengers. According to NJ Transit officials, responses are used to help track improvements, and make changes to services. The online survey can be found here. The survey takes about five minutes to complete.
