Woodmont Way, a new apartment complex that is being built along Canal Pointe Boulevard in West Windsor, is set to open this summer.

The complex is being built on property that was once married-student housing at Princeton Theological Seminary. Then seminary received approvals from West Windsor Township several years ago to demolish the old student housing and build a new student housing complex at the rear of the seminary property.

A total of 433-unit one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment units are being built at the site by the Fairfield-based company Woodmont Properties. The regional real estate company develops, builds, manages, and invests in luxury apartments, luxury senior housing, luxury homes, industrial properties, office and retail properties, and golf and tennis clubs in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

This month, the leasing office opened for the new apartment project. Prices for apartments range from about $2,145 to $3,615 per month. Members of the public can take virtual tours of the complex or view apartment mock-ups by scheduling an appointment with the leasing office.

The luxury apartment complex features a fitness and yoga studio, a game room, a golf simulator, a theater room, a heated swimming pool, and courtyards that will include other amenities. The community will be pet-friendly and will feature a bark park and an indoor pet spa. Residents will have access to garages, and individual storage units will be available for rent. All apartments include a private patio or balcony. Outdoor recreation options will include a pickleball court and bocce ball courts.

“We’re thankful for the opportunity to provide a unique, one-of-a-kind resort-style community in the Princeton-area,” said Woodmont Properties President Lewis Zlotnick of the new development.
