Snowfall ranging from a coating of snow to an inch of snow could impact the Monday morning commute on Jan. 3 in the Princeton area and along the I-95 corridor.

There is a slight chance of rain before 3 a.m. Monday, then a slight chance of rain and snow between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., then a chance of snow after 4 a.m. Commuters should leave extra time for the drive to work because roads conditions could be poor and some roads and bridges could be icy.

Some areas of the southern part of the state are expected to receive four to six inches of snow, according to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly.
