N.J. governor extends Anchor property tax relief program application until the end of February
More than two million New Jersey residents are eligible to receive up to $1,500 in property tax relief under the state’s new Anchor property tax relief program.
To be eligible for this benefit, you must have occupied your primary residence on Oct. 1st, 2019. You must also file, or be exempt from filling, New Jerey income taxes. Homeowners and renters can apply online and via mail. Homeowners also have the option to apply by phone by calling 1-877-658-2972.
