Police release sketch of man who stole cash and jewelry from Mercer Street home in Princeton

Police in Princeton have released a composite sketch of a man they say ransacked a home on Mercer Street in Princeton this month. The man made off with cash and jewelry.

The suspect allegedly forced his way in through the back door of the house and stole cash and jewelry sometime between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, police said.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned Black male. He is described as about five-foot-eight to five foot-eleven and weighs between 160 and 180 pounds. Police said he has a normal build.
