Route 1 in South Brunswick designated a special traffic enforcement area for July 8-14

Police in South Brunswick will be conducting directed traffic enforcement along Route 1 and Stults Road from July 8 through 14 in order to address recurring safety concerns.

Police will be monitoring Route 1 intersections for speeding, distracted driving, and traffic signal violations.

On the east side of the municipality, police will also be monitoring Stults Road at Herrod Boulevard for speeding, distracted driving, and stop sign violations.

These special enforcement programs will be conducted in addition to the South Brunswick Police Department’s routine traffic enforcement efforts.
