Winter weather advisory in effect for Princeton area starting at 7 p.m. Monday
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a Winter Weather Advisory that will begin at 7 p.m. Monday and end at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Snowfall of one to three inches is possible in the Princeton area. This could create very slippery road conditions Monday night and Tuesday during the morning commute. Please use extra caution if you must drive and factor in extra time for your commute on Tuesday.
Temperatures are expected to drop before the snow begins. The heavier is expected to take place Monday and become lighter overnight. Tuesday morning snow is expected to combine with sleet and freezing rain. The wintry mix is expected to stop falling in the early afternoon on Tuesday.
Be prepared to remove snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways.
Power outages are very possible because trees have not recovered from all the rain last week.
