Princeton University employee to be inducted into Philadelphia Public Relations Association Hall of Fame

Ashley Berke, director of special projects at Princeton University, will be inducted into the Philadelphia Public Relations Association Hall of Fame on May 4.
The association said Berke is the 2026 honoree for career achievements in public relations and communications. The Hall of Fame, established in 1972, is the organization’s highest honor.
Berke recently joined Princeton University. She previously served as chief communications officer for The Philadelphia Orchestra and Ensemble Arts, where she helped lead communications for the combined arts organization.
Her previous roles also include positions at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and the National Constitution Center.
According to the association, Berke’s career highlights include leading media relations for the 2008 Democratic presidential primary debate, producing a docuseries for Animal Planet, and overseeing communications for the renaming of Verizon Hall to Marian Anderson Hall.
Berke also served as president of the Philadelphia Public Relations Association from 2016 to 2017.
