The fresh grill and wine bar Seasons 52 announced today that its plans to open a new location in the spring of 2014 at the MarketFair Mall.
“We are excited to bring Seasons 52 to Princeton,” said Stephen Judge, president of Seasons 52. “This is an ideal setting for our guests – people who celebrate living well while enjoying upscale dining, shopping and entertainment.”
Menus at Seasons 52, which offers lots of seafood and grilled meat entrees, change four times a year with the seasons. Nothing on the menu is more than 475 calories, from flatbreads and appetizers to entrees and desserts.
Seasons 52’s Master Sommelier George Miliotes has developed an international wine list featuring over 100 wines with more than 52 selections offered by the glass, highlighted by several organic wines.
The restaurant is one of four new eateries that will be added to MarketFair, along with furniture store West Elm. Some stores will be move to other spaces as part of the plan that also includes the addition of a Bahama Breeze offering Caribbean cuisine, a Qdoba Mexican grill, and Bobby Flay’s Burger Palace.
The Seasons 52 in Princeton will feature mahogany accents, a custom-built wine cellar, a large outdoor patio and piano bar featuring live music every nightly. The restaurant will also offer three private dining rooms and a chef’s table.

The first New Jersey Seasons 52 restaurant opened at The Cherry Hill Mall in 2010. The second New Jersey location will be opening in New Jersey in spring 2013 at the Menlo Park Mall in Edison. The Princeton restaurant will be the third New Jersey location in the collection. The company opened its first restaurant in 2003 and now has 22 locations in 13 states.
