Portions of Washington Road in West Windsor to Be Resurfaced Starting April 15

WashingtonRdMercer County will resurface Washington Road (CR 571) between Route 1 and the Route 64 Bridge in West Windsor beginning April 15, officials announced yesterday. The project will last about three weeks, and some detours will be in place during work hours, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays.

Route 1 traffic traveling eastbound in to West Windsor will still be allowed, but westbound traffic will be detoured during work hours. Drivers heading westbound on 571 will take Wallace Road to Alexander Road to Route 1.

West Windsor Police cautioned that motorists should expect delays in the area during work hours.
