The Simon Property Group has announced new and updated food and shopping options at the Quaker Bridge Mall, including Starbucks Coffee.
Starbucks will open this summer and will be located on the upper level next to the new Aeropostale store. Expanded food offerings in the dining pavilion will include Zona Fresca, specializing in fresh Mexican fare, and Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon. The Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon joint eatery will offer breakfast items, panini sandwiches, gourmet pretzel dogs, pretzels and cinnamon rolls. The center’s second Auntie Anne’s is located on the lower level in the food hallway.
Personalized gifts retailer Things Remembered is expected to re-open its Quaker Bridge location with a new, boutique-style prototype store on the upper level between Macy’s and Lord & Taylor in June.
Newly opened retailers include LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics, which specializes in natural, handmade products and is located on the lower level near Center Court.
“Quaker Bridge Mall is thrilled to provide even more choices for our customers,” said Mall Manager, Lynda Benedetto. “These recent announcements are exciting additions to our already robust retailer mix.”
Apple will open a store at the mall, but the company has not announced the grand opening date yet. Employees at other area Apple stores said they expected the store to open by the end of June, but Apple has been tight-lipped about an opening date and has not responded to press inquiries about the opening yet.
The Quaker Bridge Mall renovation project began in the spring of 2012. By the end of this year, the mall will have welcomed more than 50 new retail and dining options including The Cheesecake Factory, bebe, Bachrach, Michael Kors, and Sur La Table.
