Washington Road will be closed between William Street and Ivy Lane/Western Way from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3 through Friday, Sept. 13 to repair crosswalks. Detour routes will be posted during the closures.

The following Princeton construction projects are scheduled for this week. Police say all work areas will have either alternating traffic of detours as needed:

Erdman Avenue – Utility work Tuesday, Sept. 3 and Wednesday, Sept. 4, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Vandeventer Avenue – Utility work Tuesday, Sept. 3 through Friday, Sept. 6, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Witherspoon Street near Nassau Street – Sidewalk replacement Tuesday, Sept.3 and Wednesday, Sept. 4, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

River Road between Herrontown and Montgomery Township – Utility work Tuesday, Sept. 3, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Ewing Street at Laurel Circle – Tree removal Wednesday, Sept. 4, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Bunn Drive near no. 300 – Utility work Wednesday, Sept. 4 , 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Horner Lane – Utility work Thursday, Sept. 5 and Friday, Sept. 6, 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
