Body of Hightstown Woman Found in East Windsor Parking Lot
A Hightstown woman who was reported missing on Nov. 22 was found dead in a parked car in East Windsor this afternoon, police said.
Police found the body of Joann Palma, 62, when they responded to a report that a car that had been missing out of Hightstown was in the parking lot at the Hampton Arms Apartments. Palma was inside the car. The car doors were locked and there were no signs of foul play. The death is still under investigation, police said.
Palma was last seen at around 6:45 p.m. on Nov. 19 in Monroe Township. Princeton Police issued an alert about her disappearance. Palma, to co-owner of Cranbury Pizza, was a frequent visitor to the Palmer Square area.

That’s weird – I attempted to look up the Hampton Arms Apartments out of curiosity and cannot find a single trace of them online. Anybody know where this is supposed to be?
The apartment complex is off of North Main Street, according to police. Not sure if this is a smaller apartment complex or if it has recently been renamed. Her car was found in the lot of building C.
