House of Cupcakes Owners Issue Statement About Princeton Fire
The owners of the House of Cupcakes issued a statement this afternoon about the early morning fire that damaged the store and other buildings along Witherspoon Street.
“Thankfully, everyone is safe, but we remain unsure of the condition of the store,” they wrote. “We are currently working closely with local fire officials to assess the damage. The safety of our guests is our top priority, so we will re-open once all is safe and secure. Rest assured, we are working to make that happen as soon as possible.”
The store will still fulfill special orders that were placed at the Princeton location prior to the fire. All cupcakes will be made at the East Brunswick location and delivered to customers at no extra charge.
To ensure your order form was not destroyed in the fire, call the East Brunswick store at (732) 955-6026 or email eastbrunswick@houseofcupcakes.com to confirm your order and arrange a date and time for delivery.
“We sincerely appreciate your understanding, kind words and patience at this time,” they wrote.
