NJ Transit Wants Your Feedback About Train and Bus Service
NJ Transit has launched another survey to solicit feedback from customers. You can tell NJ Transit what works and what needs improving on NJ Transit train lines and buses by taking the online survey. The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
“We want our customers to know that their feedback really does matter and drives NJ Transit’s ongoing efforts to improve their overall experience on our system,” NJ Transit Executive Director Veronique Hakim said. “Customer participation in these regular surveys is vital to helping us know where we need to improve. In fact, some significant changes have already been made as a result.”
The deadline to complete the survey is Sept. 1. Participants will be entered in a drawing for five prizes. The prizes are free monthly passes or $100 gift cards.
The survey asks customers to rate NJ Transit on a scale of 0 (unacceptable) to 10 (excellent) on various attributes of the system. As part of the survey, customers are also asked to identify the three most important aspects of NJ Transit service among the items they rated.
In the most recent survey, NJ Transit received a score of 6 out of 10 for overall performance. The number of responses received by NJ Transit was not released with the scores.
