Justin Thomas, 26, of Morris Plains, was charged today with one count of careless driving and one count of failure to keep right.

Thomas was traveling north on Route 206 at about 2:48 p.m. when he crossed the center line while trying to negotiate the curved roadway just past Hutchinson Drive, police said.  He struck a small school bus that was traveling south.
