The New Jersey Department of Transportation is conducting night-time road work on State Highway 27 (Princeton – Kingston Road) through Friday June 26th, weather permitting, between the hours of 8 pm to 6 am. The end time on the last day on June 26 will be 7 a.m.
The roadway is down to one lane during the work hours.
Mount Lucas Road will be closed between Stuart Road East and Ewing Street between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Wednesday, June 24th, through Friday, June 26th, weather permitting. The contractor will be installing base pavement on portions of Mount Lucas Road between Ewing Street and Stuart Road East.
Workers are expected to finish the milling of Poe Road and pavement installation by the end of this week.
University Place is expected to remain closed for the rest of this week and next week for the installation of a new crosswalk. This is the third time the crosswalk is being replaced because of problems with the design.
Sigh. More freaking traffic delays going home tonight.
