Princeton Today: Snow Delays

Good morning on this snowy Friday. Snow began to fall in the Princeton area around 5 a.m. Readers in Central New Jersey report receiving between one and three inches of snow so far as of 8 a.m.

Readers report that area roads are slippery. Use extra caution if you must drive.

Scattered power outages have been reported in the Princeton area. PSE&G customers should call 1-800-436-7734 to report outages.

Schools

These public schools have 90-minute delayed openings: Princeton, Hopewell, West Windsor, South Brunswick, East Windsor, Ewing, Hamilton, and Trenton.

Lawrence Public Schools are on a two-hour delay.

The Montgomery Public Schools are on a regular schedule this morning.

The Chapin School will open at 10 a.m.

Princeton Day School, the Hun School, Stuart Country Day, and Princeton Academy will start at 9:30 a.m.

Other Activities

Princeton Center for Yoga and Health cancelled its 9:30 a.m. class and will post updates regarding 10:30 Extra Gentle yoga and $5 Lunchtime Yoga as well as afternoon and evening classes including Dance Improv.
