Hank Siegel, president and CEO of Hamilton Jewelers, was honored by the American Gem Society at a gala in New York City this week.

Siegel received the American Gem Society’s Triple Zero Award at the 16th annual Circle of Distinction Dinner on Tuesday night. The award is presented to outstanding leaders in the jewelry industry for their accomplishments and contributions to the industry and their communities.

“It is such an honor to receive this important recognition in our industry,” Siegel said of the award. “Our firm strives for leadership in every area of our business and it is extremely gratifying to receive such a prominent acknowledgement.”

Hamilton is a family-owned business with locations in Princeton and Palm Beach, Florida. Siegel joined Hamilton Jewelers as the third generation of the Siegel family in 1982 and was appointed as president and CEO in 1993. A graduate of Emory University, he earned his master’s degree in business administration from Boston University. In 1986, he earned his certification as a gemologist appraiser from the American Gem Society. He has served on various boards and committees in the gem and jewelry industry. He lives in Princeton with wife, Lisette, and has two sons, Andrew and Benjamin.
