NJ official explains ‘peak’ and predictive COVID-19 outbreak modeling

Predictive modeling shows the height of the COVID-19 outbreak hitting New Jersey sometime between April 19 and May 11. But the data is constantly changing, so what can these models tell us about whether efforts to flatten the curve are working?
