Some officials expect staff shortages, online classes in NJ schools this fall
New Jersey school districts trying to finalize plans for fall classes could face teacher and staff shortages, at least that’s what officials in some school districts like Camden are predicting. Districts must also offer online-only learning if parents decide not to send their kids to class on campus. It’s a tough planning process complicated by anxious families, worried staff, partisan politics, and a very unpredictable virus.
