Princeton Farmers’ Market to kick off winter outdoor market season this Thursday

The Princeton Farmers’ Market moved to the parking lot on Franklin Avenue this past summer due to the coronavirus pandemic, and will remain there for the winter market season.

The Princeton Farmers’ Market will kick off the winter season this Thursday, Dec. 3, from 10 am. to 2 p.m. The market will be staying put at the temporary outdoor location on Franklin Avenue for the winter in order to provide ample space for social distancing. All market visitors must wear masks and practice social distancing.

Produce, gourmet foods, hand-crafted gifts, and other items from independent area businesses are offered at the market.

Vendors include Catalina Empanadas, Cherry Grove Farm, Chickadee Creek Farm, Davidson’s Exotic Mushrooms, Demi Olive Oil, Gourmet Nuts & Dried Fruit, Honey Rose Botanical, Lima Family Farms, LoRe Pasta, Lost Bread Co., Mill creek Apiary, Nutty Novelties, Picklelicious, Terhune Orchards, and the WoodsEdge Farm. Market manager Max Hoagland said a few more vendors will be joining the winter market in the coming weeks.

The market will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays of the month. A final winter market will be held April 29.
