Nonprofit leaders, officials, residents, and supporters of the Princeton Senior Resource Center celebrated the grand opening of the Nancy S. Klath Center for Lifelong Learning with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 4.
The new 12,000-square-foot center, located at 101 Poor Farm Road, includes classrooms, a lecture hall, a technology lab, and administrative offices for the Princeton Senior Resource Center. The facility will supplement the senior center space at the Suzanne Patterson Building, which is located at 45 Stockton Street.
“We will continue to welcome older adults in our community to gather with friends in this outstanding lifelong learning environment,” said Drew Dyson, chief executive officer of the senior center, at the ceremony. After the ribbon cutting, small groups toured the new building.
