Town of Princeton Considering Using SeeClickFix for Reporting Neighborhood Issues
Princeton officials said the town is considering using the program SeeClickFix for reporting neighborhood issues like potholes and streetlights that are out. Residents can also receive alerts via the program. There is also a SeeClickFix mobile app. Planet Princeton has been using SeeClickFix since 2011. It has been unclear how much attention officials pay to the issues reported by residents. If the use of the program is approved, it will be an official way to report problems to the municipality.

Why do we think that if we automate something that it will get better? Unless there is a responsible party on the other end of this app, it will not work.
