Another Indian Restaurant to Replace Masala Grill

Masala Grill had its farewell party on Saturday, and two days later a sign is already up announcing that the oldest Indian restaurant in Princeton will be replaced with another Indian restaurant.

Chennai Chimney is replacing Masala Grill. An opening date has not been announced.

Foodies are wondering whether the new Indian restaurant will feature southern Indian cuisine like dosas and idli, given that Chennai is a city in the south. The owner of the new eatery could not be reached for comment. We will post another update when we learn more about the new menu and the opening date.
