The Princeton Wawa on Alexander Street next to the Dinky trains station reopened this weekend after a crew came in to disinfect and deep clean the store as a precaution after an employee at the store tested positive for COVID-19.

According to a notice that was posted at the Wawa, the infected employee worked at the store on Nov. 6 and is quarantining. The notice also stated that employees would be brought in from neighboring stores to staff the Princeton location if necessary.

The new temporary hours at the Wawa are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The Wawa will be open 24 hours a day again on Nov. 21, according to a sign at the entrance.
