Mamoun’s Falafel launches holiday ‘buy one feed one’ fundraiser

Mamouns falafel

Mamoun’s Falafel will donate a meal to a food bank for every falafel sandwich that is purchased from Nov. 23 through Dec. 31.

The “buy one feed one” initiative is the second such fundraiser Mamoun’s Falafel has held this year since the COVID-19 pandemic began. In the spring, Mamoun’s raise money to buy more than 20,000 meals at area food banks. The Food Bank of New Jersey is one of the organizations Mamoun’s supports through the initiative.

Mamoun’s Falafel is a casual Middle Eastern restaurant offering falafel, kabobs, shwarma, hummus, baklava, mint lemonade, and more. The family-owned business now has 10 locations in five states. The Princeton eatery is located at 20 Witherspoon Street, and is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Orders can be placed online for take-out, curbside pickup, and delivery. Carry-out orders can also be placed at the eatery.
