Frontier Airlines announced Tuesday that the airline will offer daily flights from the Trenton-Mercer Airport in Ewing to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport beginning Feb. 17.

Trenton is one of a dozen routes being added to the Fort Lauderdale schedule in February. Frontier previously offered flights from Trenton to Fort Lauderdale but canceled them in early 2020 after the pandemic began. Forth Lauderdale will be the fifth destination in Florida served by Frontier. The airline also has regular flights from Trenton-Mercer Airport to Tampa, Orlando, Fort Meyers, and West Palm Beach.

Fort Lauderdale will be the 20th destination served by Frontier out of the Trenton-Mercer Airport. Frontier also offers flights from the Trenton-Mercer Airport to Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Raleigh, Charlotte, St. John’s (Antigua), Belize City (Belize), Cozumel (Mexico), Montego Bay (Jamaica), Providenciales (Turks & Caicos Islands), Liberia (Costa Rica), Nassau (Bahamas), and San Salvador (El Salvador).

  1. How about Trenton to Southwest Fort Myers International Airport? Frontier had canceled this excellent route, too!
