Princeton Farmers’ Market outdoor winter season begins Dec. 9

The Princeton Farmers’ Market winter season will begin on Thursday, Dec. 9. The market will be open every other week from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Franklin Avenue parking lot, the same location where the summer market has been located since the summer of 2020 due to the pandemic.

Local organic produce and meats, bread, gluten-free and vegan goods, empanadas, salsas, and more will be for sale. Vendors include the Barking Good Bakery, Burket by Zeni, Catalina Empanadas, Chickadee Creek Farm, Contemplate Kitchen, Davidson’s Exotic Mushrooms, Gourmet Nuts & Dried Fruit, the Granola Bar, Lima Family Farms, LoRe Pasta, the Lost Bread Co., Picklelicious, Pies & Quiches, Queen Mab’s Herbs, the Soupeteer, Terhune Orchards, and Whimsy Design.

Sponsors making the winter season possible include the JM Group, NRG, CBIZ Borden Perlman, the Bryn Mawr Trust, the Municipality of Princeton, and Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty.

The market is authorized to accept SNAP/EBT cards to be used on eligible purchases. Thanks to the Garden State Good Food Network, the market is able to match up to $10 on SNAP transactions per eligible customer per day.

Winter market dates: Dec. 9, Dec. 23, Jan. 6, Jan. 20, Feb. 3, Feb. 17, March 3, March 17, March 31, April 14, and April 28.
