Nothing Bundt Cakes bakery opens in West Windsor
Nothing Bundt Cakes, a national franchise specializing in decorated Bundt cakes, celebrated the grand opening of its new location at the Windsor Green Shopping Center on Route 1 in West Windsor on Friday.
The Windsor Green Shopping Center, which is anchored by Whole Foods, now has only one vacancy remaining where the Bargain Bazaar was once located. Nothing Bundt Cakes opened in the space that was formerly occupied by Dunkin Donuts. The West Windsor bakery is owned by Maria, Carly, and Bill Lewis.
The bakery offers 8 and 10-inch decorated bundt cakes, tiered Bundt cakes, and mini Bundt cakes. The original Nothing Bundt Cakes was founded in 1997 in Las Vegas and the company now has more than 300 locations across the country. The new West Windsor store is the fifth Nothing Bundt Cakes location in New Jersey. Other Nothing Bundt Cake bakeries are located in North Brunswick, Morristown, Shrewsbury, and Wayne.
Nothing Bundt Cakes is open Mondays through Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The bakery is closed on Sundays. The lobby is open, and the bakery also offers curbside pickup and delivery. The address is 3495 US Route 1 South, Suite 4, West Windsor, New Jersey.
